The short version
We collect what you type into our booking form, and nothing else that identifies you. We use it to answer you. This site sets no cookies and carries no advertising trackers. We count page views with cookieless analytics that cannot identify you. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we are
This site is operated by Lusso Logistics Group Inc., trading as Lusso Valet, based in Westchester County, New York. You can reach us at Info@LussoValet.com.
What we collect
When you submit the booking form, we receive what you entered: your name, your business or event, your phone number, your email address, what the booking is for, the state you need us in, and — if you choose to add them — a date, an approximate guest count, and a message.
That is the whole list of what you hand us. There is no account to create, no cookie, and no advertising pixel.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless. It records the page visited, the site that referred you, your country, and your browser and device type — and nothing that identifies you personally.
It does not follow you to other websites, does not build a profile of you, and is not used for advertising. We look at it to know whether the site is working, not to know who you are.
Our website host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, so the site stays available and secure. Every web host does this. We do not use those logs to identify or profile you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange service. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
Resend delivers your inquiry to our inbox as an email, and Vercel serves this website, keeps the server logs described above, and provides the analytics described above. Those are the only two.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not hand it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry stays in our email for as long as we need it for the engagement and our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Email Info@LussoValet.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to ask; we honour the request either way.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
